Dubai: Binghatti completes Dh4bn Ghost project with 770 homes in Al Jaddaf
Development includes residential units and premium retail spaces
DUBAI – Binghatti has completed its flagship Ghost development in Dubai’s Al Jaddaf, marking a major milestone for the world famous property developer nearly two years after announcing the ambitious project.
The completion signals the delivery of one of the company’s largest residential developments in the district. Senior officials and industry leaders gathered to mark the occasion during a formal completion ceremony.
Among those attending the event was Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at Dubai Land Department, who joined Binghatti Chairman Muhammad BinGhatti and other guests to celebrate the handover of the project.
Binghatti Ghost
First unveiled in September 2024, Binghatti Ghost formed part of the developer’s Dh4 billion project pipeline and represented its return to Al Jaddaf after a two-year hiatus. The comeback was driven by strong market demand for Binghatti developments in the area.
The completed development comprises 770 residential units alongside six premium retail shops, adding a significant mixed-use component to one of Dubai’s rapidly evolving neighbourhoods.
According to Muhammad BinGhatti, the project reflects the company’s pursuit of architectural excellence through innovative design, precision engineering and exceptional craftsmanship. The development was created to deliver elevated living experiences while responding to sustained demand for premium residential properties in Al Jaddaf.
Luxury features
Residents will have access to a range of lifestyle amenities, including a hotel-style swimming pool, a dedicated amenity floor, a children's pool and play area, a fully equipped gym, a multi-purpose lawn, a scenic jogging lane and a viewing deck overlooking the Dubai skyline.
Its location also places residents within easy reach of major destinations such as Jaddaf Waterfront, Downtown Dubai, Zabeel Palace, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai Healthcare City and Dubai Festival City, enhancing its appeal for both homeowners and investors.
When the project was launched, Binghatti highlighted the investment potential of the development, pointing to the performance of its earlier projects, which the developer said had delivered capital gains of up to 40 percent for investors.
The company also projected strong rental yields and long-term value appreciation for properties in Al Jaddaf, while positioning Binghatti Ghost as an attractive option for buyers interested in holiday home investments due to its premium amenities and strategic location.
